Job Description Sterile Processing Manager – Asheville, NC Shift: Full-Time, Evenings Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (may vary) Salary: $52,000 – $90,000 + Sign-On Bonus (case by case) + Relocation assistance Role Overview: Seeking a Sterile Processing Manager to support departmental operations and provide leadership in ensuring high-quality, efficient sterile processing services across multiple service lines. Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations and workflow of the Sterile Processing Department Lead, supervise, and develop staff, ensuring competency and performance standards Oversee quality control, infection prevention, and compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with OR and other departments to ensure efficient instrument processing Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing education of team members Requirements: 3+ years of sterile processing experience 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience CSPDT or IAHCSMM (CRCST) certification required Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, aseptic techniques, and infection control Good communication, organizational, and computer skills ~VS Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
