Employment Type: Temporary Position Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate for a well-established manufacturing facility to join their team on 1st shift. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility. Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors as needed
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Check and replace batteries in dispensers as needed
- Unclog sinks, toilets, and drains using appropriate tools and cleaning products
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain janitorial supply areas
- Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and repair needs to management
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
