Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) is seeking experienced Rent Ready Site Managers to oversee multifamily renovation and apartment turn projects across the DMV area. You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and drive projects from start to finish while maintaining safety and quality standards. In this role you will monitor schedules and budgets, perform site visits, prepare progress reports, coordinate with property managers and internal teams, and proactively resolve issues to #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital Construction and Renovation
