You'll take ownership of investigations, corrective actions and process improvements, support ISO compliance and internal audits, and work closely with engineering and production teams to deliver world-class products in a company committed to innovation and operational excellence.

This role would suit an experienced Quality Engineer looking for a secure long-term career, genuine responsibility and the opportunity to influence quality improvements within a growing and forward-thinking engineering business.

The Role:

*Act as the technical and quality liaison between customers, engineering and manufacturing while leading investigations and corrective actions using 8D methodology

*Support and maintain the Quality Management System, including ISO compliance, internal audits, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives

*Drive quality improvements, solve production issues, maintain quality records and calibration schedules, and provide IPC support and training

*Monday-Friday permanent position offering excellent benefits, long-term stability and future career progression within a growing organization

The Candidate:

*Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing or electronics environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to production support requirements

*Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IPC-600, IPC-610 and J-STD-001, with experience driving quality improvements using data-led methodologies
