Position Overview As a BFT Performance Coach, you will lead high‑energy group training sessions, deliver world‑class coaching, and create an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and motivated. You are part coach, part educator, and part leader—responsible for both client results and studio culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach structured group strength & conditioning sessions following BFT programming Deliver high-energy, engaging coaching to groups of up to 30+ members Teach and correct proper movement, technique, and exercise progressions Provide modifications to ensure safe and effective training for all fitness levels Motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships with members Drive member engagement, attendance, and retention through exceptional coaching Support studio growth through community building and member experience Attend team meetings, training, and ongoing education sessions Who You Are Passionate about strength training, performance, and coaching High-energy, confident, and comfortable leading groups Strong communicator who connects easily with people Team-oriented with a no-ego, high-performance mindset Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Qualifications Required: Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field OR Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) Current CPR/AED certification Preferred: Experience coaching group fitness, strength & conditioning, or athletic performance Background in sports, athletics, or performance training CSCS or equivalent certification What You’ll Gain Hands‑on coaching experience in a structured, proven training system Mentorship and development within a global fitness brand Clear pathway to full‑time coaching and leadership roles Opportunity to work in a high-performance, team-driven environment Access to ongoing education and coaching development Schedule Early mornings, evenings, and weekends Flexible scheduling with growth opportunities What Makes This Role Different At BFT, you’re not just running workouts.
