Entry Level Accounting Specialist

Job Overview Accounts Receivable Specialist in the sales industry. This role is open to recent college graduates or candidates who are strong in Excel. It offers a temporary‑to‑permanent path and a hybrid work model. Maintain a strong working relationship with the sales team, providing support and feedback. Post all revenue for billing, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors and take corrective action. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures. Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to improve the revenue cycle. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably within the healthcare industry. Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication. Proficiency in processing check and credit‑card payments. Experience partnering with sales teams and building strong relationships. Ability to post revenue for billing accurately and consistently. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly. Excellent organization and time‑management skills; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
