Part Time Bookkeeper

Part-Time Bookkeeper Location: Longmont, CO Company: Winners Circle Entertainment / The Hangar Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and ensuring the overall financial organization of our business. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting Maintain employee records and payroll documentation Prepare financial reports for ownership and management Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting Track invoices and ensure timely payments Coordinate with accountants during tax preparation and year-end reporting Maintain organized digital and physical financial records Assist with administrative office duties as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience required Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred) Strong understanding of accounting principles Experience with payroll processingExcellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Schedule Part-Time Approximately 15–25 hours per week Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits Paid sick time Work Location: In person We are looking for a dependable professional who takes ownership of their work and can help keep our financial operations running smoothly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
