As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee multi-million-dollar construction projects from groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting. Our projects range from office renovations, medical buildings, multifamily building renovations to government facilities, our work is built to last—and built with purpose.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll ensure every phase is executed to the highest standards—on time, within budget, and with zero compromise on safety. Your leadership will directly impact the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts to optimize costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts, manage change orders, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of project management experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality excellence.
