Our client is a fast-growing waste solutions provider specializing in mobile dumpster compactions, roll-off rentals, and commercial recycling. We're a small, founder-built company that moves fast, takes care of customers, and rewards people who produce.

We're hiring a Sales Representative to own and grow a market. You'll inherit an existing book of business, build on it, and be compensated directly for what you build. This is a true hunter/farmer role.

What You'll Do

• Own your territory like a business — set priorities, manage your pipeline, and drive results daily
• Grow revenue through both account development and new business cold calling (in-person and phone)
• Build and maintain customer relationships in construction, commercial, and industrial markets
• Coordinate with operations to ensure jobs are scheduled and executed at a high standard
• Manage CRM, track KPIs, and stay sharp on the waste industry to add real value to customers

Compensation

• Base + Commission (W2)
• Commission is a percentage of total territory revenue — uncapped, and it stacks as your book grows
• Inherit an existing book on day one
• Y1 OTE: $65,000. Strong reps earn $150K+ by Y3
