• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft applications.
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft modules and functionalities, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis tools for extracting and analyzing data from PeopleSoft databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
