Coordinator, Surgical Scheduler - Orthopedics Physician Practices FT AMB

Summary: The Coordinator, Surgical Scheduler performs administrative duties relevant to surgical/procedural operations. The Surgical Coordinator will work closely with specialty offices such as orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, general surgery, cardiology, and ENT. Responsibilities include scheduling surgery, appointment reminders, keeping patient records, entering pre‑ and post‑surgical data, scheduling surgical equipment, coordinating procedures with multiple hospitals and centers, scheduling and obtaining pre‑operative testing, writing and communicating surgery orders, collecting necessary documentation for surgeries, and teaching patients awareness of access and privacy responsibilities.
