SimpleCREDIT is a private lending platform focused on residential transitional, bridge, and DSCR loans. We provide speed, certainty, and direct access to capital, supported by institutional partners and purpose-built infrastructure for real estate lending.
This role is built for loan originators who already have a book of business, existing borrower or broker relationships, and consistent deal flow.
We are not looking for order-takers. We are looking for producers who know how to source, structure, and move real estate lending opportunities through the closing process. SimpleCREDIT provides the platform, capital, operational support, processing, underwriting coordination, and execution infrastructure to help experienced originators scale their network and increase production.
The ideal candidate understands private real estate lending, residential transitional loans, bridge loans, DSCR loans, fix-and-flip financing, and investor lending. This person should be able to own a pipeline from first conversation through closing, submit clean deal packages, work within clear credit parameters, and continue expanding their referral network with the support of a strong lending platform.
This is a partnership-style opportunity. You bring the relationships and deal flow. SimpleCREDIT provides the infrastructure, support team, capital access, and execution needed to close more deals efficiently.
Requirements
Responsibilities- Originate bridge, RTL, fix-and-flip, and DSCR loans through existing borrower, broker, developer, and investor relationships.
- Manage the loan pipeline from initial conversation through closing.
- Structure deals within SimpleCREDIT’s credit guidelines and lending parameters.
- Submit clean, complete loan packages with minimal back-and-forth.
- Expand referral relationships while working with SimpleCREDIT’s processing, underwriting, and operations team.
- Existing book of business and active deal flow in real estate lending, private lending, or investor lending.
- Experience originating, brokering, sourcing, or structuring real estate loans.
- Strong understanding of bridge, RTL, DSCR, fix-and-flip, investor, or hard money loans.
- Established relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, real estate investors, or referral partners.
- Self-directed, production-oriented professional with strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
