Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Detroit, Michigan
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Home, Clinic-Based, or Hybrid

Competitive Split Pay Model $65 Billable $30 Non-Billable

As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in shaping client progress, creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans, analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.  

You’ll also serve as a mentor and leader, training and supervising RBTs while collaborating closely with families to create lasting, positive change.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.

• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.

• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.

• Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.

• Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay Range : Split pay structure $65 Billable $30 Non-Billable

• Scheduling Options :

  • Full-time - 25 Billable hours / 15 Non Billable hours

  • Part-time

• Work Environment :

  • Hybrid options based on your preferences

BCBA skill and qualification requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
