Functions and Responsibilities:Obtain and maintain technical certifications for MFP/Printer Hardware and Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Solutions (vendor partners may change)General sales and technical support for Sales DepartmentSolutions Lab Research and Development, Software TestingMaintain Lab and Showroom environmentCustom Demo configurations – working with sales engineers to develop POCs and execute onsite trialsInstallation and configuration of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 solutionsCustomer Training for MFP/Printer Equipment, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 solutionsHelp desk support for Tier 2 and 3 solutionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT (Computing/Networking) required or minimum 3-5 years of IT or industry experienceKnowledge of MySql and MSSQL databasesKnowledge of basic scripting languagesExcellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbalExcellent time management skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000 base plus commissionBenefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, PTO, and 401(k)Schedule: Monday-FridayWork Location: Northeast: In-person (Cherry Hill, NJ OR, West Caldwell, NJ, OR Brooklyn, NY,OR Melville, NY)EEO StatementWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
