About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead its multi-site manufacturing network. The successful candidate will be a strategic and transformational leader, responsible for developing and executing the long-term operations strategy across five manufacturing facilities. This role demands a focus on operational excellence, network optimization, and driving long-term business growth. The VP of Operations will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping the future of the organization by standardizing operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring world-class safety, quality, customer service, and financial performance. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in food manufacturing or other highly regulated environments. The role requires a proven track record in leading large teams, driving measurable improvements, and leading initiatives in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and commercial acumen, executive presence, and exceptional communication skills. A humble, collaborative leadership style, and a focus on fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, are essential for this role.
