Business controller

Then this is your opportunity to make a real impact as a Business Controller. What will you be doing? As a Business Controller, you are the link between finance and the business. You ensure that figures not only add up but also tell a meaningful story. You help colleagues and management make better decisions and actively contribute ideas on how we can become smarter, more efficient, and more effective. Your Responsibilities Will Include Analyzing financial results Preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts Translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations Developing and improving KPIs and performance metrics Identifying opportunities, risks, and optimization potential Collaborating closely with colleagues from operations, sales, and finance In short, you are not only focused on numbers but, more importantly, on what can be achieved with them. In this role, you will work in an international environment across the Benelux, Germany, and France, contributing to process optimization and reporting within the NPS Driven Group. You will also play an important role in the further professionalization of data and tooling. You have an interest in (or affinity with) AI and data analytics and use these developments to generate insights faster and more effectively. Who are we looking for? You Are Curious, Analytical, And Driven To Understand The Story Behind The Numbers. You Are Comfortable Asking Critical Questions And Expressing Your Opinion. In Addition, You Recognize Yourself In The Following A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field Affinity with data analytics and performance management Experience with Excel and BI tools / ERP systems (preferably Infor LN) Interest in or experience with digital developments such as AI and data analytics Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset Excellent command of Dutch and English (German and/or French is considered an advantage) What We Offer You will join an organization where initiative, collaboration, and personal development are highly valued.
