[About the Role]
Join our team in Sugar Land, TX as a Wire Processor, where you will play a pivotal role in executing domestic and international wire transfers for a leading credit union. This is an on-site, Monday-Friday position (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) offering stability and professional growth in a supportive, compliance-focused banking environment.

[Responsibilities]

- Accurately process incoming and outgoing domestic/international wire transfers within strict deadlines
- Verify wire requests and member documentation for authenticity and compliance
- Monitor transactions for potential fraud, suspicious activity, and regulatory concerns
- Conduct daily balancing, reconciliation, and reporting of wire operations
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations including BSA, AML, and OFAC
- Respond promptly to member and staff inquiries with exceptional service
- Participate in audits, examinations, and compliance reviews
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend operational enhancements

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking, credit union, wire processing, or financial operations
- Strong understanding of wire transfer and financial institution procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
