Overview Project Manager (Process Engineer/Validation) | 12 Month Contract We’re currently supporting a leading biologics manufacturing organization that is continuing to expand one of the largest and most advanced biopharmaceutical production campuses in North America. Following significant investment in a multi-phase facility buildout, the site is entering a critical stage focused on commercial readiness, operational ramp-up, and long-term manufacturing excellence. As part of this effort, the organization is seeking a Project Manager to support commissioning, qualification, validation, and clean utility-related initiatives across the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-to-mid career project management professional looking to gain exposure to large-scale capital projects, cross-functional leadership, and high-visibility manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for critical facility and process initiatives Coordinate activities across multiple cross-functional stakeholder groups Run and participate in daily project meetings and status updates Support senior project leadership in driving project execution and meeting business objectives Track and communicate project risks, dependencies, and escalation items Present project updates to site leadership and other key stakeholders Ensure alignment between engineering, validation, manufacturing, quality, and operational teams Support activities associated with commercial readiness and facility startup efforts Qualifications 1-7 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing, engineering, validation, or process engineering function, within the biopharma sector 1+ years of demonstrated project management experience preferred MBA or formal project management training is advantageous Experience supporting CQV, validation, process engineering, capital projects, utilities, construction, or manufacturing operations is highly desirable Clean-in-Place (CIP) experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For The successful candidate will possess strong project management fundamentals coupled with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
