Strategic HR Director: Talent, Strategy & Leadership

The Home Depot is seeking an accomplished HR leader to direct strategic human resources programs across business units. You will partner with management to align workforce planning, development, and employee relations with business objectives.
Responsibilities include supervising 4–10 HR Managers, designing staffing strategies, coaching managers on employment issues, and rolling out HR programs. Travel is typically under 10% and a Bachelor's degree plus 10 years HR experience are preferred.
