Property AccountantAre you a detail-oriented and driven individual with a strong background in accounting? Express Employment Professionals, Anaheim South, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Accountant for our client located in Tustin.Responsibilities:Prepare closing statements for 15-17 propertiesReview and schedule payments for accounts payableProvide a detailed Variance analysisMaintain regularly detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accountsPrepare documentation for external auditorsRun the month-end close process, including journal entry preparation and account/bank reconciliationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in AccountingProven experience as a Property AccountantKnowledge of GAAPProficiency in Rent Manager or Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.Ability to multi-task in a high pace environment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and vendors professionally.High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Take the first step toward success!
