Location: Newark, CA Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 DOE

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end procurement operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, driving cost savings initiatives, and ensuring a reliable, cost-effective supply chain that supports business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic procurement leader with strong negotiation skills, supplier management expertise, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Significant procurement leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, technology, or related environments. Strong contract negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing experience. Proven success developing and implementing procurement strategies that deliver cost savings and operational improvements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning processes is a plus. Ability to travel up to 20%. Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or otherwise eligible to obtain required U.S. export control authorization.
