Party Coordinator

Job Summary The Party Coordinator manages the entire birthday party department at Urban Air. They serve as the first point of contact, working with guests to design the ideal mix of food, drinks, attractions, and entertainment for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, and other group gatherings. They also train party staff and oversee day‑to‑day birthday operations. Qualifications You love working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted Family Entertainment setting. You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are highly organized and enjoy mentoring young people. You possess a win‑the‑day attitude and set and achieve goals with your team. You excel at ensuring a customer experience that is truly excellent. You can resolve conflicts quickly and fairly. Day in the Life Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the best service. Use the party management system and follow procedures. Exceed guests’ expectations and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. Work full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Represent the company with high energy and enthusiasm when presenting party packages. Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction and capture feedback. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to help achieve store financial goals. Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean, secure, and sanitary environment. Handle “other duties as assigned” and support team members when needed. Working Environment Non‑typical Family Entertainment environment with high‑quality attractions and food. Business casual dress code. Work Saturday, Sunday, and evening shifts during the week.
