You'll develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and serve as a trusted partner to clients needing temporary and permanent staffing solutions.Responsibilities include:Identify and develop new client relationships through outbound sales activity, networking, and referralsUnderstand client hiring needs and align them with CFS's staffing servicesCollaborate closely with internal recruiters to fill client roles quickly and effectivelyConduct in-person and virtual meetings to present CFS's capabilities and market expertiseManage a portfolio of active accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat businessTrack performance metrics, hit sales targets, and contribute to branch growthQualificationsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by resultsExperience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM toolsBachelor's degree
