Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Oldsmar, FL. This office-based role supports active residential and commercial construction projects by keeping schedules, documentation, permits, inspections, invoicing, and homeowner communication organized and moving forward.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented construction administrative professional who enjoys being the connection point between project management, field teams, subcontractors, homeowners, and program stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, construction coordination experience, and the ability to manage project documentation with accuracy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of assigned construction projects.
- Schedule subcontractors, crews, inspections, homeowner access, and key project milestones.
- Support permitting activity, inspection requests, cost estimates, invoicing, and warranty claim tracking.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, builder files, and systems of record for program and field use.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, superintendents, program managers, and internal teams regarding scheduling, status updates, and project needs.
- Ensure documentation is maintained to required program standards, including federal program requirements when applicable.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Location: Oldsmar, FL.
- Work pattern: Office based.
- Reports to: Project Manager.
