Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching license
• IVP fingerprint clearance card (must be in hand)
• Prior experience preferred with K-3 students in a resource setting
• Passion for fostering student development and individualized support
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to adapting teaching strategies for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Support a resource caseload of 25-30 K-3 students
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Partner with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance
• Inspire students with engaging, inclusive instruction daily
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative school environment
