Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher license
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be current and in hand)
• Experience with K-3 students preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and resource room environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering inclusive, positive learning environments

Role Overview:

• Provide direct instruction and support to a K-3 caseload of approximately 25-30 students
• Implement and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with special education regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
