About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Analytics to spearhead its advanced and media analytics functions. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the media landscape, including various online and offline channels. This role demands a proven track record in leveraging data to drive business growth, as well as the ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts. The VP of Analytics will be responsible for developing and executing the company's analytics strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, and championing a data-driven culture. They will also oversee media analytics, web analytics, and advanced analytics and modeling, providing strategic insights to senior leadership and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources. Applicants for the Vice President of Analytics position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 12 years of experience in analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience in the media industry and a strong background in advanced analytical techniques, including Media Mix Models, are essential. The role requires expertise in web analytics platforms and data visualization tools, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The VP of Analytics will also be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and technology, and must stay abreast of new analytics technologies to enhance the company's capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a champion of best practices for data quality and privacy and will have a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
