Project Manager

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of a 220-unit ground-up multifamily development. Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and project team to maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Manage subcontractor coordination, project documentation, and day-to-day construction activities. Track project progress and support issue resolution to keep construction moving efficiently. Assist with cost control, procurement, scheduling, and client communication. Contribute to a safe and productive jobsite environment. Experience as a Project Manager or experienced Assistant Project Manager within commercial construction. Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred. Ground-up construction experience required. Ability to work onsite in the Spartanburg/Greenville, SC market. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation.
