Registered Nurse - NICU

Role The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized setting, collaborating with medical teams to deliver individualized, compassionate care in accordance with standards and scope of practice. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver safe, effective care using established nursing models, advocate for patients and families, and support organizational values to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance. Qualifications Must hold an RN license, have an Associate Degree, and at least 1 year of NICU experience. Certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation are required within 30 days of employment.
