HR Service Center Representative

Providing first-tier HR support remotely, the full-time HR Service Center Representative will manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies and tools while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with service level agreements. Key responsibilities Intake and respond to Tier I inquiries via phone and case management tools, utilizing company resources Document inquiries thoroughly for tracking and resolution, adhering to quality guidelines Assist employees in navigating online HR tools and escalate complex issues as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required Strong computer skills, including experience with HR software and productivity tools Previous experience in Human Resources or Customer Service is preferred Ability to handle conflict and communicate effectively with all organizational levels
