Senior Project Manager, Quantitative

Role Description

The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection from initiation to completion, which includes:

• Managing project budgets
• Communicating to the client on progress in the field
• Troubleshooting and providing solutions to aid completion to deadline
• Ensuring that Profiles and Health standards are met on all aspects of the process
• Coordinating the day-to-day activities involved with running individual projects
• Resolving, recording, and reporting issues that may jeopardize the team’s ability to complete the projects in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Ensuring that projects are conducted in compliance with the ISO View phone number on remotive.com standard, as represented in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures
• Reviewing all project documentation provided by client services with the manager and identifying issues that jeopardize the ability to complete the project on time and within budget
• Managing internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming to review materials, finalize all project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules
• Providing consistent updates to the client on the status of the project during the fielding process
• Ensuring the project is completed on time and that all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner
• Providing the Finance team with all financial metrics required to complete the billing and invoice process

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology or Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• 1-3 years experience in Marketing Research preferred
• Experience in Healthcare data collections preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platform, Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail
