Branch Coordinator

$22 per hour

job summary:

Executive Branch Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services. This role is responsible for calendar management to prioritize and schedule appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts without direct supervision.

responsibilities:

Prioritize and schedule appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts without direct supervision.
Arrange domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Prepare, reconcile, and submit executive expense reports in a timely manner.
Draft, edit, and format reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint decks for meetings.
Draft, review, and respond to communications on behalf of the AVP, as needed, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

Experience supporting senior executives in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
Must have experience handling customer requests
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

Preferred:

SAP experience
