Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Our state of the art, well-established, energetic, and fun specialty dental practice has an opening for a full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be presenting treatment and interacting closely with patients as their advocate.

This job is perfect for someone who:

Communicates with patients, specialists and other team members effectively
Enjoys helping patients coordinate dental treatment into their lives
Is dependable and reliable
Is detail-oriented
Enjoys a fast-paced environment

Understands dental insurance

Requirements:

Experience in with orthodontic treatment coordination or sales experience
Ability to take clinical records including intraoral scans, photos, and x-rays
Time and schedule management
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong computer skills
