Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Crownpoint, New Mexico - Dialysis Pay: $30.90–$51.56 per hour (based on experience) Make a Difference Every Day Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients with kidney disease? As a Dialysis RN, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Charge Nurse while providing exceptional care to patients receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments. You will also assist in supervising Patient Care Technicians to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care. What You'll Do Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease. Complete and document comprehensive physical assessments before and after each dialysis treatment. Monitor patients throughout treatment, recognizing and responding appropriately to changes in patient condition. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocols. Complete monthly medication profile reviews to ensure optimal renal care and medication management. Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, Patient Care Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Participate in all required patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Help ensure appropriate staffing levels to support safe, high-quality patient care. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain as required). Dialysis or nephrology experience preferred; motivated nurses with strong acute care experience are encouraged to apply. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
