Transform originator underwriting guidelines into programmatic review templates using advanced Excel modeling. Design and maintain automated validation systems for client‑specific lending criteria. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate guidelines into Setpoint's platform. Support rated and non‑rated securitization reporting initiatives. Create and update reports for portfolio analysis and client reviews. Work directly with clients to implement guideline updates and maintain accuracy. Requirements 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field. Expert‑level Excel skills with demonstrated ability to create complex models. Strong analytical mindset and proven problem‑solving abilities. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. A bias toward action, including the ability to push projects forward with minimal supervision, and bring an ownership mentality to their work.
