Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress and stability, planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, execute, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to better understand new clients' needs and challenges.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing various therapeutic modalities to ensure effective treatment.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback for professional growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with youth, addressing their mental health needs associated with anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
