Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care quality.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive and comprehensive treatment strategies that address the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of the clients’ lives.

• Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest developments in mental health practices and research.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses. Additionally, all qualified candidates can expect a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome them to our team.
