We are hiring internally for a 360 recruiter. This is a full-desk seat covering both business development and delivery. You will start weighted toward delivery, executing on live retained mandates, then grow into the BD side as you build your own desk and client base. Core Responsibilities Own searches end-to-end: sourcing, engagement, screening, submission, and management through offer. Hunt and assess senior technical and leadership talent in cleared and hardtech markets. Maintain deep relationships with engineers and leaders as they move through the process. Run tight candidate processes. Keep clients and candidates moving and aligned. Build client relationships as you grow into the BD half of the desk. Map pipelines and markets across our core sectors. Skills and Experience 1+ years in sales or recruitment. Agency, in-house, or a comparable target-driven sales background. Strong written and verbal communication. You can hold your own in a peer-to-peer conversation with senior engineers and business leaders. Ability to build strong relationships quickly. Genuine pull toward defense, aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing. You do not need a technical background. You do need the curiosity to learn the domains fast.
