We're seeking a full-time Financial Aid Advisor who is passionate about accuracy, organization, and student success. In this highly impactful role, you'll help aspiring beauty professionals gain access to the financial resources they need to begin their educational journey and transform their future.

• $24.00 - $27.00 an hour, depending on experience

YOUR DAY AS A FINANCIAL AID ADVISOR

As our Financial Aid Advisor, you'll serve as a critical connection between students and the education that can change their lives. You'll guide prospective students through the financial aid process, helping them understand their options and access grants and loans that support their educational goals. From reviewing documentation and discussing financial situations to ensuring files are processed accurately and on time, your work will directly support student success. You'll also maintain compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and professionalism. This is more than a financial aid position-it's an opportunity to help launch the next generation of beauty professionals.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A FINANCIAL AID ADVISOR

• 2+ years of financial aid experience
• Solid work history with at least one verifiable reference
• Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Ability to accurately interpret and follow federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work in person at our Esani location
• Ability to use reports and spreadsheets to perform needs-based analyses and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Ability to handle confidential information and always act with integrity
• Strong communication skills, professional mindset, and commitment to accuracy
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
