Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shift openings
Schedule: Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday
Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

A plastics manufacturing company in Monticello is hiring Production Assemblers for temp-to-hire openings on 2nd and 3rd shift. No previous assembly experience is required.
\n \n\n
In this role, you’ll help assemble and check plastic molded parts used in automotive products. This is a good fit if you want hands-on production work, full-time hours, and the chance to be hired on.
\n \n\n
Schedules include:
\n • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
\n • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
\n
Production Assembler duties may include:
\n • Assemble plastic molded parts
\n • Inspect parts for quality
\n • Trim, sort, or package parts as needed
\n • Keep your work area clean and organized
\n • Follow production and safety instructions
\n
Production Assembler Requirements:
\n • Able to stand for an 8-hour shift
\n • Comfortable doing hands-on production work
\n • Able to follow work instructions and quality standards
\n • Ability to maintain reliable attendance
\n
