Explore our businesses: THE POSITION As a Director S/4 Business Workstream Leader – Supply Chain here at Honeywell, you be a pivotal leader in steering the success of our supply chain initiatives. With your extensive, hands‑on experience in supply chain project management, you will lead end-to-end projects, meticulously overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases to ensure seamless project delivery. The Director S/4 Business Workstream Leader serves as the business owner for solutions across an end-to-end process (value stream) defining transformation priorities, representing business needs, and driving alignment between operations and design during the SAP S/4 program. Your expertise will extend to providing mentorship and expert guidance to project managers and cross-functional teams throughout the project life cycle. Beyond execution, your impact will be felt in the development and implementation of advanced project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and elevating the efficiency of project delivery. You will identify and prioritize project opportunities, define scope, and establish clear goals and deliverables by collaborating closely with stakeholders. Your responsibility extends to monitoring project progress, implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies, and providing regular, insightful updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities. With an expert understanding of supply chain processes, strong leadership, and outstanding communication skills, you will be a key driver of success in our dynamic and global organization. Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of strategic projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide mitigation strategies Provide leadership and guidance to project teams Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with project management standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENT Due to US export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, perm resident, protected status under asylum/refugee, OR can obtain export approval.

YOU MUST HAVE

8+ years of experience in supply chain project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects. Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment. Proven experience in leading and managing complex supply chain projects, demonstrating expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong project management and leadership skills, with the capacity to envision and drive the future direction of supply chain initiatives. Experience or knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, including cultural considerations, international regulations, and regional market trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex information to diverse audiences effectively. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment, fostering collaboration and synergy across diverse teams. Strong project management skills and adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. PMP Certification preferred. Skills in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and efficiency in the supply chain. Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function. Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
