Printing Press Operator (Offset/Flexographic)

1st and 2nd Shift! Priority goes to 2nd Shift Applicants! Printing Press Operator - Must Have Flexographic Experience Press Assistants Press Finishers Runners Charlotte, NC | MondayThursday (3-Day Weekends!) | $18 - $22/hr Depending on Experience and assignment.

6am to 4pm - 1st Shift

4pm to 2am - 2nd Shift

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and run printing presses in accordance with production specifications and job tickets.
• Continuously oversee press operations to maintain accuracy, color consistency, and overall print quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and correct operational issues to keep production on schedule.
• Review finished pieces to verify conformance to quality and customer standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with company policies.
• Payrate will increase with Flexographic printing experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical reasoning and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Competent in performing measurements and basic calculations.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance practices in a manufacturing or print environment.
• Great Work Ethic
