What You'll Do

• Build positive relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond to client questions and provide friendly, professional support
• Assist with customer onboarding and help create a smooth client experience

• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service
• Maintain accurate customer records and document account interactions
• Support account management and client retention initiatives
