Job Title: Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines to produce, assemble, and inspect products according to established specifications.
• Apply pleated filters onto thermal welding or end capping machines and ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Utilize test fixtures to test completed filters for pressure, air flow, and leaks, and determine pass or fail status based on defined criteria.
• Perform visual quality inspections on finished products and document inspection results for submission to the quality department.
• Cross-train and operate multiple machines and inspection stations to support production needs and maintain workflow flexibility.
• Set up machines by adjusting tension, back tension, and pressures in accordance with specifications provided by engineering.
• Navigate and use the Oracle ERP system to accurately record materials and products used during production.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
