About the Role

Attento Rugs is a Miami-based luxury custom rug company working with leading interior

designers, architects, hospitality groups, and commercial clients. We work with production

partners around the world to create highly customized rugs for residential, hospitality, marine,

and commercial projects.

We are looking for a Sales & Production Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is

an early-career project management position with a clear opportunity for growth.

The position sits at the intersection of Sales, Design, and Production, ensuring that projects,

information, samples, timelines, and orders move smoothly from one team to the next.

Production & Project Coordination

• Support custom rug projects from approved design through production, transit and

delivery to client.

• Work directly with our international production partners through email, WhatsApp, and

other communication channels.

• Assist with purchase orders and production documentation.

• Working with the Production Director, confirm pricing, artwork, specifications,

quantities, and lead times with producers.

• Track production schedules, samples, approvals, and deadlines.

• Proactively follow up with suppliers. Identify potential delays or problems.

• Maintain production reports and accurate project information.

• Review CADs and production information, connecting with the Design Dept. when

needed.

• Coordinate incoming samples, including quality control, photography, labeling, and

preparation for delivery or FedEx.

• Track freight and logistics through arrival to client destination.

Sales Support

This role is the connection between Sales and Production. You will make sure Sales has the

information they need to effectively manage client relationships.

• Provide Sales with production status, sample updates, timelines, and other project

information.

• Track outstanding information, approvals, samples, and action items.

• Maintain sales leads and project information in our CRM.

• Help identify sales opportunities that require follow-up.

• Assist with presentations, meetings, invoices, and sales-related paperwork.

• Keep samples and sales support materials organized and up to date.

• Confirm that Sales has accurate information with nothing falling through the cracks

between Sales, Design and Production.

Previous experience in project coordination, operations, purchasing, interiors, architecture,

hospitality, textiles, furniture, or another detail-oriented field is a plus, but industry experience

is not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Comfortable learning new technology and systems.

• Professional written and spoken English.

• Full-time, on-site availability in Miami Shores.
