We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our growing medical practice.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a doctor's office or medical practice is required.
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and insurance verification.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule appointments.
- Verify insurance and collect copays.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist with general front office duties.
Schedule:
- Part-time (hours to be discussed)
