CSI Companies is seeking a Health Informatics Specialist to work with one of our top healthcare clients! Title : Health Informatics Specialist Location : Philadelphia, PA Type : 100% Remote Pay : $45 - $50/hr W2 Duration : 12-month contract to possible permanent hire Description: Position Summary The Health Informatics Specialist III serves as a senior informatics consultant responsible for supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and adoption of clinical and operational technologies. This role partners with clinical, business, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows, enhance care delivery, and drive successful digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate clinical and operational workflow assessments, requirements gathering, and future-state design. Serve as a liaison between IT and clinical stakeholders to support system implementation, optimization, and adoption. Provide guidance on change management, process improvement, and operational readiness activities. Support testing, implementation planning, and Epic-related design decisions. Develop governance recommendations, KPI frameworks, and virtual care roadmaps. Mentor team members and promote capability transfer through reusable templates, workflow standards, documentation, and training. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and improve clinical and operational processes. Support enterprise initiatives involving digital health, virtual care, and interoperability. Required Qualifications Experience with telehealth implementation and remote patient monitoring. Strong background in clinical workflow redesign and requirements gathering. Knowledge of healthcare operations and business process analysis. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to document lessons learned and train internal resources. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of nursing, clinical, or operational experience. 3+ years of health informatics experience. Experience with Epic and complex clinical workflows. Background in ambulatory operations, digital patient engagement, and change management. Experience with virtual nursing, hospital-at-home, AI-enabled virtual care, or consumer digital health strategy. Pediatric healthcare experience preferred.
