As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the engine of our growth - acting as a strategic consultant who identifies high-value opportunities and translates complex product capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

You'll own the top of the funnel, driving adoption of Certa through sharp lead management and data-driven outbound. It's a high-impact role for someone who wants to master the art of sales in a fast-paced, evolving market.

What You'll Do

• Strategic prospecting: Identify and research high-potential accounts using a multi-channel approach.
• Full ownership: Own pipeline-generating activities in your territory, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
• Product expertise: Become an expert in our technical value proposition, running initial discovery and qualification calls for high-intent prospects.
• Process optimization: Help document playbooks and automate GTM workflows to scale the sales organization.

What You'll Need

• Experience: 13 years in a fast-growing startup, finance, consulting, or high-volume sales environment, with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets or quotas; bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Owner mentality: You take full accountability for your targets and constantly look for ways to improve your process.
• Emotional intelligence: You navigate complex organizations and build rapport with diverse stakeholders quickly.
• Analytical & technical: You have a passion for AI/SaaS and aren't afraid to dive into technical details.
• Resilient & competitive: You thrive in a high-growth environment and view "no" as a data point, not a dead end.
• Exceptional communicator: You distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.
• Tools: Experience with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a major plus.
