Our organization , in collaboration with a prominent medical school, is on the lookout for a Functional/Stereotactic Neurosurgeon to enhance our academic team located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This faculty role necessitates proficiency in epilepsy surgery, depth electrode placement, intrathecal pump management, spinal cord stimulators, and complex peripheral nerve procedures.

• Key responsibilities involve contributing to and broadening the scope of our established Functional and Stereotactic neurological surgery program.
• Additional tasks include providing direct patient care and educating residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Engage in the clinical operations of a multidisciplinary Functional and Stereotactic Center, focusing on academic endeavors, conducting clinical research, and pursuing future funding opportunities.

• Participate in a call rotation with adult neurosurgeons (typically 4-5 days each month).
• Provide outpatient clinic services at Goodman Hall, IU Health Methodist Hospital, and the Indianapolis VA Hospital.

• Must be American Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurosurgery.
• The faculty appointment will be aligned with the candidate's experience.
