We are looking for Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic physicians to become part of our expanding practice within our hospitals. These roles provide an excellent work-life balance and a supportive team, enabling you to concentrate on delivering outstanding patient care.
Orthopedic Surgery — Johnson Memorial Health #3817- Full-time position
- On-call schedule: 1:3 office call
- 7 emergency room calls per month
- Community demand for services
- Part of a multi-specialty group
- Must hold BC/BE certification
- Employed position
- Growing orthopedic practice with over 8,000 annual visits
- Office equipped with full digital X-ray technology
- Utilizes Cerner Community Works EMR system
- Fully staffed department, including ancillary and nursing personnel in both the office and operating room
- Location: Marion, Indiana
- Attractive salary: 3- or 5-year contract with competitive pay and quarterly work RVU incentives
- Initial signing bonus, with annual commitment payments starting in the second contract year
- On-call duties are compensated for less than 10 days per month (1-5 days)
- Engagement in Physician/Hospital Performance & Quality Improvement Program
- Flexible paid vacation options
- Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
- CME allowance of $10,000 plus 5 paid days for education
